In Lala Musa about 145 kilometres from Islamabad a mother travelling with her son on a motorcycle when her scarf got stuck in the wheel and pulled her down by the neck causing her to stop breathing.

The motorcycle fell down injuring her son Hassan as it lost control due to the scarf getting trapped.
