Huawei Ascend D Quad Overview
The Huawei Ascend D Quad is the manufacturer’s first quad-core smartphone. Upon being unveiled at Mobile World Congress 2012, it was boasted as the “fastest smartphone in the world.” A statement that was backed up by its specs, which include a 1.5 GHz K3V2 quad-core processor (manufactured by Huawei) and Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich.
Other specs include 1 GB of RAM, a 4.5-inch IPS+ display with 720p HD definition, and a relatively thin 8.9 mm body. This happens to be one of the first devices from the company to be considered “high-end,” as Huawei focused on affordable devices before 2012. Sicne then, they have made great progress with devices like the Huawei Ascend P1 S at CES, and the D Quad series at MWC.

This Quad Core shows that ICS 4.0.4 gonna stay for little longer in the Market till they finalize the JB 4.2 which has been tested on Nexus 10 Tablet, Yet I am not confirm about upgrading but it should be upgradable because, Users always expect more than what it is from the Smart phone set, Price Tag somewhere 30 to 35k expected, have to confirm when it will be available seems like Christmas time is the ideal for the launch but from Huawei people don’t expect higher prices. it would be much better if they TAG it below 30k .
