Main Hoon Shahid Afridi – Movie Review

Main Hoon Shahid Afridi – Pure Pakistani Passion, represented Pakistan as the way it is, specially the Youth with Cricket Craze no doubt the story is funny and emotional mixed up just the way Pakistanis are, But no doubt after very long time I’ve watched a movie which makes perfect sense of the entertainment, there’s been a confusion among the people about the movie that’s it’s not feasible for the family – Trust me if anyone says this movie is vulgar than I would point 10s of media channels which are worse than my wildest naughtiest imagination –  It’s a complete Entertainment Movie – Power Packed with Pakistani Cricket Craze.

Movie Released in Karachi and did the business way beyond expectation, yet is has to go way further in other countries where the release dates are mentioned below, but before anything The Story line

Story of a boy (Noman Habib) who dreams to become Shahid Afridi finds himself down on luck when the only club he ever knew goes bankrupt. With no place else to go he discovers one last chance to save his club, his town and his dream. A cricket tournament coming to Sialkot which may be the club’s last hope. But are they ready yet? A team of misfits with no facility and no coach, can they even qualify for the cup and face the highly skilled undefeated rivals who were born with a golden spoon in their mouths and every facility in their hands? With that question in mind they decide to take help from an ex cricketer Akbar Deen (Humayun Saeed), but Akbar has a dark past of his own. When fates collide and mysteries unfold, “Main Hoon Shahid Afridi” embarks on a journey of Mistrust, Betrayal, Love, Power and Unfulfilled Dreams. Written by UMER GULZARI

Humayun Saeed’s acting very mature and very positive all the way – Just what the character required he fulfilled it very promisingly ( 2 Thumbs ) for him specially and beside all other has performed an excellent credit no doubt goes to the director since it is his job to put the life in the character but I would congratulate the entire movie team for making the smash hit movie for Pakistan bringing Pakistani Cinema back to life.
