The price hike wave continues in the automotive sector with Sazgar-BAIC announcing a massive increase in the BAIC BJ40 Plus Price in Pakistan. The company has issued a notification in this regard and the jump in price has gone into effect immediately.
New BAIC BJ40 Plus Price in Pakistan
According to the company, the new price of BAIC BJ40 Plus in Pakistan is Rs. 8,199,000, which is up Rs. 514,000 from the old rate of Rs. 7,685,000
However, the new price of BJ40 Plus only applies to new bookings and all previous orders will be honored at the old price, which is a much-appreciated step by the company as some manufacturers do charge the difference in amount before the delivery of the vehicle.
Meanwhile, the booking price of BAIC BJ40 Plus is Rs. 1.5 million with a delivery time of 4 months, which the company should work on improving. However, it is still better than some other companies.
It is pertinent to mention that other manufacturers are also increasing their vehicle prices, including Honda Atlas, Toyota’s Indus Motor Company (IMC), Pak Suzuki Motor Company (PSMC), Hyundai Nishat Motors, Proton Pakistan and KIA Lucky Motors.
