Sazgaar Engineering Works Limited has notified of an increase in the Haval Jolion Price in Pakistan. In the notification, the company states that new Haval Jolion Price in Pakistan is Rs. 6,020,000, which is a Rs. 295,000 hike from the old price of Rs. 5,725,000.
According to the notification, the company has stated that the reason for the increase in the price of Haval Jolion in Pakistan is the increasing Dollar Rate. “Due to unfavorable fluctuation in the exchange rate of US dollar in a very short time, the company has no other option but to revise the price of Haval Jolion,”

It bears mentioning that it is the second time the company has increased the price of Haval Jolion. In June 2021, Sazgaar Engineering Works Limited announced a price hike of Rs. 200,000 for the vehicle.
It is expected that other car manufacturers will follow in footsteps of Sazgaar Engineering as the Pakistan Rupee keeps depreciating against the US Dollar. Despite minor improvements some days, the dollar rate keeps rising every other day.
According to the State Bank of Pakistan (SBP), the closing interbank exchange rate today (8 September 2021) was Rs. 167.25.
