According to online sources, Kia Lucky motors is planning on launching the Kia Cerato in Pakistan by the end of this year. The vehicle is expected to come with a 1.6 litre engine producing 121 hp and 154 Nm of torque along with option for both 6-speed manual and automatic transmission.
The Kia Cerato is expected to launch anywhere from Rs. 3.2 million to Rs. 3.9 million in the country but this is just an expected price as the vehicle is said to compete with the Honda Civic and Toyota Corolla Altis.
Right now, it is still to early to speculate the exact features of the Kia Cerato which will be available over here as car manufacturers tend to trim down the features in Pakistan.
The strange thing is Kia Lucky motors is introducing a new car in the Pakistani market at a time when sales are at their lowest. Honda Atlas reported a drop by 64 percent in Fiscal Year 2019 – 2020.
