Master Motors, known for manufacturing commercial vehicles, is planning to launch the Changan Alsvin in Pakistan which will reportedly be the cheapest car in the sedan category.
The company is looking to branch out of the commercial sector and take a share of the sedan market with the launch of Changan Alsvin in Pakistan within the next three months.
It is pertinent to mention that Masters Motors has established a joint venture with Changan and is already selling their minivan, the Karvaan here in Pakistan.

The Changan Alsvin is reportedly being launched in Pakistan with a displacement of 1,500cc or 1.5 liter engine under the hood and is going compete with the likes of Honda City and Toyota Yaris.
The vehicle with its 1.5L engine is capable of producing 105 horsepower (hp) and 145 Newton metres (Nm) of torque coupled with 5 speed dual clutch transmission system.

The Changan Alsvin is reportedly being launched in Pakistan with a price between Rs. 2 million and 2.5 million making it the cheapest sedan car in the country considering the Honda City or Toyota Yaris are both priced between Rs. 2.5 million to Rs. 3 million.
