MG Pakistan has finally launched the much-anticipated MG 4 EV and MG ZS EV, which were teased by Javed Afridi, the company’s CEO, a while back.
However, the price of both electric vehicles is a bit on a high side, which means they will only appeal to a small niche of buyers.
Nonetheless, the MG 4 EV and MG ZS EV offer some state-of-the-art features, which make them stand out among competition, which isn’t much anyway.
MG 4 EV
We all remember Javed Afridi claiming that MG 4 EV is capable of providing 490 km of mileage and ability to charge to a 100% in just 35 minutes. While the vehicle does lack in this regard, it comes out pretty close to those claims.
The MG 4 EV comes in two variants, the MG 4 EV Excite and MG 4 EV Essence, which are equipped with a 51 and 64 kWh battery, respectively. According to the specifications, the vehicles are capable of providing an impressive 350 and 450 KM of range, respectively.
Furthermore, the vehicle is capable of a 10% to 80% charge in almost 35 minutes. While real-world charging time may vary, you can expect something similar and that means less worry while taking a long trip.

MG 4 EV Price in Pakistan
The price of the MG 4 EV Excite in Pakistan is Rs. 10,999,000, while the price of MG EV 4 Essence is Rs. 12,990,000. Moreover, the vehicle comes with 5-year warranty of up to 150,000, which comes first.
MG ZS EV
The MG ZS also comes in two different variants, including MG ZS EV MCE Essence and the MG ZS EV MCE Long Range. The difference is in the battery of both vehicles where MG ZS EV MCE Essence is fitted with a 51.1 kWh battery, and it offers a range of 320 KM, while the MG ZS EV MCE Long Range comes with a 72.6 kWh battery with a range of 500 KM.

The price of MG ZS EV Essence in Pakistan is Rs. 12,990,000, while the price of MG ZS EV Long Range is 14,999,000. Moreover, the vehicle comes with an 8-year warranty up to Rs 150,000, whichever comes first.
