State Bank’s Sunwai Portal
Furthermore, the State Bank of Pakistan (SBP) has also introduced a portal at https://sunwai.sbp.org.pk or through the mobile app on Google Play Store and iOS App Store to facilitate the public in lodging complaints against any kind of banking issue.

This platform streamlines the grievance process, enabling consumers to reach relevant forums easily. Moreover, the complaints can be lodged with banks, Banking Mohtasib Pakistan (BMP), or State Bank of Pakistan (SBP) with th portal offering status tracking and consumer awareness tips.
