Pak Suzuki to celebrate new year by increasing prices

KARACHI: Despite the Pakistani rupee strengthening against the US dollar since a month Pak Suzuki motors company Ltd is all set to increase the prices of various models from January 1, 2020.

According to the latest news, Pak Suzuki is all to celebrate New Year 2020 by increasing the prices of vehicles.

This month Pak Suzuki increased the price of Jimny 1.5L manual transmission by Rs 100,000 the new price of Suzuki Jimny 1.5L is Rs 39,90,000/-.

Pak Suzuki is posting losses in all four quarters of 2019 despite the Pakistani Rupee is now Rs155 as compared to Rs164 in June 2019 against the US dollar.

Suzuki Alto VXR, VXL AGS, and Suzuki Swift MT and DLX AT NAVI get the highest jump in prices of Rs 90,000 in January 2020.

LATEST: Pak Suzuki to launch Wagon R AGS Variant in 2020 to fill up the slot of 1.7 to 1.8 million Pakistani rupee slot.

Instead of decreasing the prices as the sales figures dropped almost 50% in the year 2019, the local auto manufacturers are constantly increasing the prices which pushes customers to buy more used vehicles instead of new ones.

Approximately five times, Pak Suzuki increased the prices in the year 2019 and now for the Year 2020, the Good news is out there already.

In September Pak Suzuki increased the price of All New Suzuki Alto 660cc and this time set a new record.
