Prince Pearl price has been increased by Regal Automobile Industries Limited with the new price of the vehicle at Rs. 1,149,000 after a hike of Rs. 100,000.
The reason for the Prince Pearl price hike as stated in the circular is the devaluation of the Pakistani Rupee against the US dollar. The circular states that the price of the vehicle was based on the US dollar costing Rs. 155 which has now jumped to Rs. 167.
The car was launched at an introductory price of Rs. 950,000 to Rs. 1,049,000 and now the price has been jacked by Rs. 100,000 which will take effect from 1 July 2020.
Prince Pearl Price:
|Vehicle||Old Price (PKR)||Price (PKR)||Increase (PKR)|
|Prince Pearl 800cc||Rs. 1,049,000||Rs. 1,149,000||Rs. 100,000|
Regal Automobiles isn’t alone when it comes to increasing the prices of its vehicles as nearly all car manufacturers have jacked up their prices including Honda as linked in the post above and Toyota Indus Motor Company who ended up raising the price of their newly launched Yaris without even selling a single unit.
