Toyota Indus Motor Company (IMC) might launch Toyota Yaris in Pakistan by end of March 2020 next month.
There have been loads of rumors about the launch of Toyota Yaris in Pakistan since two years now on social media with many of them stating that Toyota Indus planned on replacing their popular Toyota Corolla 1.3 litre variants with the Yaris sedan.

Yaris is also known as Toyota Vios in some markets and you might already be familiar with the hatchback version of Yaris which is already popular in Pakistan and goes by the name Vitz.

Toyota Indus (IMC) is said to introduce the 1.3 litre variant of Yaris in Pakistan by end of March 2020 and the car will come in both manual and automatic transmission options just like the Toyota Corolla.
Although some rumors do say that the company might also bring in the 1.5 litre variant but as of right now it is too early to say anything.

It is also too early to say what features will be included with the car as the Toyota Indus (IMC) has a reputation of dialing down the features of their cars compared to their international counterparts. Also, its not just IMC but all local manufacturers carry the same practice.
Toyota Yaris Expected Price in Pakistan
- Toyota Yaris 1.3 litre is expected to launch at Rs. 2,400,000/-
There is currently no information on the price of the 1.5 litre variant or even if it is going to be launched at all. Right now however, it should be noted that even the launch of Toyota Yaris itself isn’t official confirmed by the company and anything can happen.
Right now, Hyundai Nishat have introduced new vehicles at the Pakistan Auto Show 2020 (PAPS 2020) in Lahore and these are expected to hit markets soon.

Right alongside Hyundai Nishat, Sazgar BAIC have introduced vehicles as well and these are expected to available in a few months as well.
