INGREDIENTS

  • 2 Small Cucumbers
  • ½ Cup Walnuts
  • 1 Garlic Clove
  • 1 Table Spoon Lemon Juice
  • ½ Teaspoon Crushed Red Pepper

 

PREPARATION

Step – 1

Grate Cucumbers

Step – 2

Squeeze cucumber a bit not too much, just remove excess liquid

Step – 3

Crumble walnuts

Step – 4

Mash garlic with salt

Step – 5

Place all the ingredients in a salad bowl

Step – 6

Toss all the ingredients together

Step – 7

Serve when chilled
