Shrimp Kebab a Turkish recipe is too easy not to try. With few ingredients enjoy the taste of Shrimp kebab. Shrimp like all seafood has its own unique taste and thus with only a few ingredients can enjoy the delicious taste.

- Vitamin B12: 21% of the RDI
- Iron: 15% of the RDI
- Phosphorus: 12% of the RDI
- Niacin: 11% of the RDI
- Zinc: 9% of the RDI
- Magnesium: 7% of the RDI
Vitamins & Minerals: Shrimp are supercharged with vitamin B12 and selenium. In addition, they provide a fair amount of vitamin A, vitamin E, vitamin B6, iron, magnesium, sodium (salt), zinc and copper. Surprisingly, they also contain some vitamin C.
Shrimp Kebab (Turkish Recipe)
- Large Shrimp, as much as you want, frozen or fresh,
- 1 red bell pepper,
- Medium mushrooms, an equal amount as shrimp,
- 1 or 2 lemons, an equal amount as shrimp
- 50 Ml Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 2-3 Tablespoon Lemon Juice
- 2-3 Garlic Cloves, Smashed With Salt
- Red Pepper, Crushed, Optional
Step – 1
Peel and de-veined the shrimps
Step – 2
Cut red bell pepper in chunks, an equal amount as shrimp
Step – 3
Cut lemon in 8 pieces
Step – 4
Arrange lemon, shrimp, red pepper and mushrooms on the skewers.
Step – 5
Whisk all the marinade ingredients in a bowl. Brush the marinade all over the ingredients on the skewers and let it sit in the fridge for one hour.
Step – 6
Preheat your barbecue or oven (grill/broil).
Step – 7
Place the skewers on the rack and cook for about 3-4 minutes
Step – 8
Flip the other side and cook another 2-3 minutes.
Step – 9
If you have wood skewers, dip them in water first.
