LAHORE – Ministry of Health, Punjab has launched Toll Free number to report and register complaints about Health facilities across punjab.
Health Minister Prof. Yasmeen Rashid took the charge recently and started toll free service for the public regarding Hospitals negligences. The Toll free number 0800-99000 is accessible from PTCL landline and Mobile services from all over punjab.
It’s the first of its kind public service by health department in Punjab to coup up with health facilities and issues.
PTI Government is committed to bring change in Health, Education and Police specifically.

In these last two months Dec-2019 and Jan-2020 many times visit BHU and RHC hospitals but always said the concern person dispenser and other staff are busy on the special Polio duty for 3 Weeks. and these open hospitals could not provide basic ads to the general people.

Lahore general hospital unqualified and untrained lower level staff.. They don’t know how to treat with patients specially with women all the staff r misbehiver
I think this complaints system is very suspicious without any proper inquiry the complainant receaved the text that your complaint no xxxx has been resolved by the hospital administration. same is the case with my complaint against the hospital administration.

nonexperience people like nurses or assistants from yesterday in azizbhuti hospital of Gujrat one kid Fatima Afzal admitted in children diria ward no one properly examine her yet she before yesterday was fine suddenly she can’t hold her body before 10 days regular vaccination injection is given by local vaccination team after that its happened till now Doctors unable tel to Fatima’parents exactly what happened to Fatima. her mother she is a pregnant woman and from two days in this condition, she is with Fatima and Fatima’Father Mr Afzal he is waiting continuously outside the ward and ward management not allowed to meet a doctor and not showing the name of doctor your team making diseases control program .sir plz take action against them and Fatima waiting for your response ?????????????????????thanx Pakistan Zinda abad….

1) I hope u also knows about Chicken (a kind of slow poison) but chicken shop keepers sell chickens (intestines,wings,etc) to local dealers
who collect the smelly wastage on uncovered vehicles but no one bothers to restrict them to cover and not to harm others with smelly garbage.
2) Please ask Police to regularly visit the areas where Drug sellers and buyers are doing illegal activities underground.
Our coming generation suffering lot from these drugs.

I live in Bahawalpur City. Last night my 20 days old Daughter and We took her to the Doctor. He check Her and Recommend a Medicine Which he said Only be Available on “24 hour Med Pharmacy ” situated in Welcome Chowk bahawalpur.
Issue is That the Medicine is Imported and worth 2100 rupes which is Just put on demand of Doctor.
The Pharmacist refuse to Give me the Bill which i requried by saying this ” Imported medicine Have No Bills and No return Policy” .
This Pharmacy is Doing Also Illegal Medicine Salea And Purchase. you are requested To Kindly Take Necessary Action.

It is submitted to your kind office that im living in faisalabad district i.e. 3rd largest city of Pakistan. A children hospital jhang road faisalabad has been established in 2017 during the period of previous government. Since that day inadequate facilities of children dialysis unit has not been established. As faisalabad is facing severe problems in health especially child heath and most considerably kidney problems. Due to lack of Dialysis Unit in Children hospital faisalabad lot of casualties are taking place during shifting of patients to a nearby districg i.e. children hospital Lahore.
As of the above cited issue i want your immediate attention towards the matter of establishing dialysis Unit in children hospital faisalabad. As its an emergency need of hour especially in an era of a government who’s major concerns about the health issues.
So kindly make orders for establishment of the dialysis unit in children hospital Faisalabad

Dear sir/madam me and family came from UK and my son 4 year old was not well we went to government hospital in randhir bagrian districts sialkot thasil sambrial we visited hospital 30/03/19 today and lady doctor check my son and we Ben given paracetamol less than half bottle selled was opened and I didn’t give this medicine to my son we don’t know when they opened the bottle and it might be expire my questions is i trust pakistan government and went there if government is paying to doctors and all staff tax payers money and how can they be so care less with peoples life i hope there will be some one who will deal with this complaint thanks
Who can stop ‘the gunda gardi’ of doctors in private sittings and private hospitals ..last time my mother was admitted in faisal hospital faisalabad,she had digestion problem in stomach ,the doctor took 1500Rs for ist checkup whereas 2000Rs for one round checkup of same admitted patient
2 days hospital admitted patient Cost was around 40-50 thousands including medicines
Is there any one who can stop these ?is there any tax collection by government from these culprits?

Sir,
humbly requested that i went to tehsil head quarter hospital taunsa sharif district dg khan for ailment. I saw there a fake degree holder doctor working in hospital. I save my life from there with out taking any medicines. Other day on further inquiry from hospital staff I was asked he was newly appointed doctor. I was really astonished to hear this he was a doctor. I forwarded a written application to M/S hospital taunsa sharif and CEO health dg khan district about this fake degree holder doctor but I was replied he is a doctor and registered with PMDC. I did not recognised this story of M/S hospital taunsa sharif .
Next day I searched for pmdc on google and was much surprised to read how many fake degree holder doctors are registering with pmdc every year. This was very astonishing for me.
I thought this case is one of those who illegally registered with pmdc because I know this person very well . This man got approximatly 400/850 marks in his matriculation exam. After this he smashed dg khan inter board again and again for FSc but every time board bounces him back and his result shows below 33% marks. It is a matter of thinking that a man who can not pass his inter qualification in pakistan how can he do his MBBS degree from abroad. How can it be possible to get admission in MBBS with out passing FSc. In any way he got MBBS degree from abroad.
For a foreign degree holder in pakistan he must do ToFFEl or ILETs, this man never appeared in such type of exam in pakistan . Moreover PMDC also take a NEB exam from foreign degree holder. This man never appeared in NEB exam. Then how can he registered with PMDC. For God sake hold an inquiry to probe this matter . This is the data of fake degree holder…….
