FRC Categories
Pakistani nationals can apply for an FRC in three categories:
- By Birth: This certificate includes details of the applicant’s parents and siblings.
- By Marriage: This certificate includes details of the applicant’s spouse and children.
- By Adoption: This certificate includes details of the applicant’s guardian.
It is important to note that individuals who are not registered with Nadra and do not have a 13-digit ID number will not have their data included in the FRC.
How to Apply for an FRC From NADRA
Pakistani citizens can apply for the FRC through two main methods:
- Nadra Registration Center (NRC): Applicants can visit the nearest NRC to apply for their FRC.
- Pak-Identity Website: This online option allows for a convenient application process.
For overseas Pakistanis, the relevant mission office abroad can facilitate the application for an FRC.

As of June 2024, the fees for the issuance of an FRC remain unchanged:
- Normal Fee: Rs1,000
- Executive Fee: Rs1,000
