Female Student Shot Dead in Islamabad’s Hostel

A 22-year-old female student of the International Islamic University was shot dead in a private hostel on Wednesday.

According to the initial report, an unidentified man entered the female hostel at around 12:15 PM. When a 22-year-old female came out of her room to argue with the man in the presence of three other roommates, after a heated argument, the suspect opened fire and killed her on the spot.

The police have started the investigation. The FIR has been registered in Ramna Police Station by the victim’s brother, Zahid, indicating that it was a murder case.
