ISLAMABAD: The Government of Pakistan has decided to commemorate Defence Day and Kashmir Soliderity Day on 6th September 2019. The Federal Ministry of Interior issued the notification on Wednesday.
According to Press Release issued by the Interior Ministry, All Schools/Colleges and offices nationwide will be closed at 1500 hrs Pakistan Standard Time (PST) to commemorate the Defence Day of Pakistan and will observe solidarity with the people of Kashmir.
The Schools/Colleges and Offices will be closed throughout the country at 15:00 hrs for the following activities.
- Commemorate the Defence Day of Pakistan;
- Observe Soliderity with the people of Kashmir;
- Visit families of Martyrs (Shuhada) and the monuments.
