The Government is preparing to launch the Ehsaas Raabta App to help provide information and answer queries of beneficiaries regarding the initiatives of the Ehsaas Program. According to Special Assistant to Prime Minister on Poverty Alleviation and Social Protection, Dr Sania Nishtar, a meeting was help to take stock of the refinements being made to the Ehsaas Raabta App, which is currently in its final stages.
The Ehsaas Raabta App is aimed at guiding a common man / beneficiary of the Ehsaas Program about different aspects of the initiative through an Android-based application, which will be available on the Google Play Store. “Ehsaas Raabta will be an all-in-one platform of Ehsaas, digitally linking the public with the right set of information needed to enroll and benefit from its diverse programmes.” said Dr Sania Nishtar.
The SAPM added that a ChatBot feature was also being integrated into the application to help users by providing answers to their queries about the Ehsaas Program. The Ehsaas Raabta App will help clear any confusion the people may have in regards to the enrollment the many initiatives of the Ehsaas Program.
Dr Sania Nishtar appreciated the Technology Team of the Ehsaas Program, who were working hard to develop the Android-based app and the meeting reviewed the quality and improvement aspects of the said application. In order to make the Ehsaas Raabta App more friendly, there were several value additions discussed alongside the timelines.
The app will provide specifically designed instructional information in Urdu for the app users to read and understand about the diverse Ehsaas Programs, including Ehsaas Kafalat Program, Ehsaas Taleemi Wazaif, Ehsaas Rashan Riayat, Ehsaas Nashonuma, Ehsaas Survey, Ehsaas Registration Desk, Ehsaas Undergraduate Scholarship, Ehsaas Interest-Free Loan, Ehsaas Bachat Account, Ehsaas Amdan, Dar-ul-Ehsaas, Ehsaas Panagah, Ehsaas Langar, Ehsaas Koi Bhooka Na Soye, One Window Ehsaas, Ehsaas Tahafuz and several others.
Through the Ehsaas Raabta App, anyone who is interested to know about their entitlement or eligibility for the various benefits of the Ehsaas Program will be taken to the Ehsaas 8171 web portal section. The app will also its users to scan the QR code on the backside of the Ehsaas Card and inform them about the whole range of entitlements for their family.
