Schedule of Charges to be paid by the Applicant / Borrower will be as under:

درخواست گزار/ قرض خواہ کے لئے ادائیگی کا شیڈول درج ذیل ہو گ
درخواست پراسیسنگ فیس 2000 روپے (نا قابل واپسی ) درخواست کے ساتھ جمع کروانا ہو گی
ویلوایشن/ قانونی / ڈاکومینٹیشن چارجزبشمول محصول ٹکٹ ،سرکاری ٹیکس / وغیرہ ادا کرنا ہوں گے
انشورنس( اگر قابلِ اطلاق ہے ) ادا کرنا ہو گی
جزوی یا وقت سے پہلے قرض کی ادائیگی پر کوئی چارجز نہیں ہوں گے
قسط کی مقرہ تاریخ کے بعد ادائیگی کی صور ت میں اصل رقم پر 1 روپیہ فی 1000 روپے فی دن کے حساب سے جرمانے کے طور پر لیا جائے گا
How to apply for Punjab Rozgar Scheme 2020?
In order to apply for the Punjab Rozgar Scheme, please visit https://rozgar.psic.punjab.gov.pk/ and signup as shown in the screenshot below.
After clicking the ‘applicant signup’ you will be directed to the next page where you will need to provide your name, email address, CNIC number, mobile number in order to register your account on the Punjab Rozgar Scheme Scheme 2020 web portal.
After you click ‘register’ a pin will be sent to your mobile number which you will have to provide in the next window and click on ‘verify’. Please note you will have three minutes from the pin expires.
After successfully signing up you will be taken back to the home page where you began and login by providing your CNIC you used while creating your account on the Punjab Rozgar Scheme web portal.
Next you will need to click on ‘New Application’ under the My Applications tab to begin applying for the loan under the Punjab Rozgar Scheme 2020.
Before you begin applying to Punjab Rozgar Scheme, please that you must have the following pictures and documents:
- Picture with complete face
- Front-side of CNIC
- Back-side of CNIC
- Latest Educational degree / Certificate, if and whatever applicable (Matric, Intermediate, Bachelors, Masters, PHD) etc (if applicable)
- Experience certificate(s) (if applicable)
- License / Registration with Chamber or Trade Body (if applicable)
- Scanned Copy of Security Documents to be offered for availing Loan

Furthermore, you must have the following information available for filling out the Punjab Rozgar Scheme 2020 application:
- National Tax Number(non-mandatory), in case you don’t have one please register at https://iris.fbr.gov.pk/
- Consumer ID of Electricity bill installed at your current address
- Consumer ID of Electricity bill installed at your current office address (if applicable)
- Registration number of any vehicle registered in your name (if applicable)
- In case of new business an estimate of Monthly business income, business expenses, household expenses and other income
- In case of existing business actual Monthly business income, business expenses, household expenses and other income
- Name, CNIC and Mobile numbers of Two References other than Blood relative

When you are sure you have everything you need to start the process, just click on ‘start application’ and it will take you the next step.
Now you need to fill out basic eligibility information. These questions are available both in English and Urdu on the Pubjab Rozgar Scheme application portal.
Now you will be given options of two different types of loans which include Punjab Rozgar Loan (پنجاب روزگار قرضہ ) and Punjab Green Development Loan (پنجاب گرین ڈویلپمنٹ قرضہ ). Just select one based on your requirements and continue.
Now you will be taken to the main form of the application for loans under the Punjab Rozgar Scheme 2020. Under the first phase of the application form, you will need to provide personal information as shown in the screenshot below.
After that you will need to provide information on the qualifications you hold as per the screenshot below.
At the end of this section of the Punjab Rozgar Scheme 2020 application you will be asked to provide contact details as shown.
After providing all of the required information in the form, please move on the next step of the application process which includes ‘Business information’ section of the application.
Here you will need to provide information on the type of business or company you are running along with complete details about the business.
Furthermore, you will be asked to provide information on loan amount you want to avail through Punjab Rozgar Scheme by providing information on the estimated project cost as shown.
Next you will need to provide a personal guarantee which includes the person’s CNIC and information about the total net worth of the individual.
After filling out the details, you will need to provide information regarding the business plan which includes monthly income, monthly business and household expenditures including any other sources of income.
Now you will need to provide documents including Experience Certificate, License with Trade Body and any other related documents.
Next you will provide information about your credit history, in case you don’t have any just select no and move on to the next step.
After this you will be asked provide you references along with their details like CNIC number and mobile number and inform in the Punjab Rozgar Scheme Application if any of them have political affiliation.
Now you will be given a change to review the entire application you filled to apply for loan under the Punjab Rozgar Scheme 2020. After reviewing the application, please click on ‘save and continue’.
Next up you will need to agree if all information provided by you is correct and move on towards submitting your application.
After submitting the application:
- Once the form is submitted, your Application Registration Number (ARN) shall appear on the screen and you will also receive SMS stating the same, please keep it saved
- Please visit the nearest branch of The Bank of Punjab (BOP) along with Application Registration Number (ARN) in order to deposit Processing fee of Rs. 2,000/- after which processing of your application will start

- New/Fresh application can only be processed if, first application is rejected or first loan is paid off/cleared
