ISLAMABAD: Internet Services has been disrupted across Pakistan after the major power breakdown on Monday, 23 January 2023.

According to PTCL (Pakistan Telecommunication Company Limited), more than 300,000 lines are dead at this moment due to the power outage, and several other Internet Service Providers (ISP) are facing similar issues.

The Power restoration process is underway across the country with access to electricity have been restored in major cities such as Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi and Karachi.

It is pertinent to mention, Pakistan suffered a major power outage earlier this morning on Monday as a result of the fault in the National Grid.

According to the PTCL customer Helpline it may take up to 24 hours to restore the service completely, However, other ISPs did not confirm the issue and the timeline of restoration.
