The Metropolitan Corporation Islamabad has decided to open an auction for the establishment of a municipal cattle markets in Islamabad, Pakistan.

According to the notice, the Metropolitan Corporation Islamabad (MCI) is auctioning off the rights to establish and operate these cattle markets for Eid-ul-Azha 2024.

The auction will be held on Thursday, May 9th, 2024, at 11:00 AM at the Directorate Municipal Administration, MCI Fire Headquarters Building G-7/1 Islamabad.

The notice also lists the proposed sites for the cattle markets:

  • Cattle Market at near Facto Cement Factory Sangjani, Islamabad
  • Cattle Market Sector 1–15, Islamabad
  • Cattle Market Sector 1–12, Islamabad
  • Cattle Market Near Juhgi Stop Bhara Kahu, Islamabad
  • Cattle Market near Sultana Foundation, Lehtrar Road, Islamabad
  • Cattle Market near Zia Masjid Express Highway, Islamabad
