The Karachi Traffic Police has provided a Traffic Plan for the Muharram Procession on 4 August 2022 (Thursday) that will take place within the limits of Malir Traffic Section.
According to the Karachi Traffic Plan, the National Highway will remain closed from 9:30PM to 11:00PM on Thursday (4 August 2022) during the Muharram Procession.

The National Highway will remain closed on both sides for traffic leading towards the city and Quaidabad. According to the Superintendent of Traffic Police Malir, Syed Arshad Hussain, the commuters will be provided with alternative routes for during the time of procession.
The traffic coming from Quaidabad can go towards Wireless Gate to Malir Halt, Jinnah Avenue Malir Halt Railway Crossing to Darakhshan Society to Kala Board, Manzil Pump to Yunus Chowrangi, Radio Pakistan to Quaidabad to Dawood Chowrangi.
However, the commuters can contact the Traffic Police Helpline on 1915 in case of any issue.
