Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) is holding its power show at Minar-e-Pakistan in Lahore to demand for elections after the party’s chairman, Imran Khan, was ousted from office with a no-confidence motion.
Former Prime Minister Imran Khan has asked the masses to protest the “imported government” and attend the PTI Lahore Jalsa at Minar-e-Pakistan if they want an independent Pakistan. “I invite all Pakistanis to joint this struggle.” said Imran Khan in a video message before the rally.
Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) is expected to break all previous records with its Lahore Jalsa as more people are likely to attend this compared to previous rallies held in Peshawar and Karachi.
