NAB issued arrest warrant for Asif Ali Zardari in Money laundering case

ISLAMABAD: The National Accountability Bureau (NAB) has issued arrest warrant for Co-Chairman PPP, Asif Ali Zardari in an inquiry pertaining to a money laundering case.

The Chairman NAB has approved the arrest warrants.

Islamabad High court had approved Asif Ali Zardari’s bail in the case till June 10, Monday.

The Investigation Officer (IO) Muhammad Ali Abro told the court on Thursday that they have asked NAB to issue his arrest warrant in money laundering case.

The suspicious transactions carried out through fake account in a company owned by Asif Ali Zardar and his sister Faryal Talpur.

The reaction from PPP leadership and workers is expected on this decision.
