The Federal Government has launched the Pakistan Citizen Portal Helpline which was inaugurated at a ceremony in Islamabad by Minister for Information and Broadcasting Shibli Faraz.
According to the minister, so far 2.3 million complaints have been entertained through the Pakistan Citizen Portal which has made access to government organizations easy for the public.

The purpose of the Pakistan Citizen Portal Helpline is to provide more relief to the public as per the vision of Prime Minister Imran Khan according to the Information and Broadcasting Minister.
Furthermore, the minister said that the complaints on the citizen portal are addresses without any political or class discrimination providing an unbiased service to public.
