KARACHI: At least ten people have been reported dead in a passenger van fire that took place on Super Highway (Karachi to Hyderabad Motorway – M9) near Nooriabad.
According to details, the passenger van fire took place on Super Highway just 40km from Karachi toll plaza as the vehicle was coming in from Hyderabad.
The injured were transferred to Nooriabad Hospital for treatment while authorities are trying to determine the exact cause for the fire.

Similar incidents has taken place in the past as most passenger vans are equipped with Compressed Natural Gas (CNG) cylinders which are not maintained lead to such accidents.
