Almost all the telecommunication companies introduced new packages amid COVID-19 so that the people can stay at home and stay connected. Pakistan Telecommunications Company Limited (PTCL) did not follow the same trend with the same PTCL Broadband and Charji Packages with degraded services and on top of that the company is telling users ways of online payments.
PTCL Broadband & CharJi Packages remains the same with no sign of relief and billing will continue with the same manner for this month, meanwhile, PTCL Official sharing on social media telling ways of “how to pay your bills without leaving your house“.
The majority of the people at home are using PTCL Broadband and The Federal Government should have instructed PTCL to waive off bills or at least lower the packages tariffs in time of essential need.
It appears Government is not able to control Pakistan Telecommunications Company Limited (PTCL) and billing will continue like always.
PTCL Broadband – EXPERIENCING SLOW BROWSING
PTCL Broadband and Charji services are overloaded these days, although on Speedtest the internet speed is somewhat the same but when it comes to browsing or downloading users around the country are reporting slow speeds.
So basically, PTCL is not providing any relief during this time even when it seems to be providing extremely degraded service quality with the internet being so slow that it sometimes becomes impossible to even stream videos, browse the web or download anything.
At least they can improve packages and provide somewhat stable services if they’re demanding timely payments like before.
