The Rawalpindi Development Authority (RDA) has declared Faisal Town Phase 2 as illegal and also issued a notice to owner of M/s Faisal Town Pvt. Ltd. in this regard.
Furthermore, RDA has urged public to avoid the opening ceremony of illegal housing scheme Faisal Town Phase 2.
RDA Chief Planner, Jamshaid Aftab, said that general public and real estate agents are strongly advised to refrain from investment / purchasing of plots in illegal housing scheme namely “Faisal Town Phase II”.
He added that engaging in such activities can lead to legal consequences and financial loss for the investor.
