Ras Al Khaimah is set to witness a major transformation with the launch of RAK Central, a colossal mixed-use development that promises to be the largest commercial business district in the Northern Emirates. Developed by Marjan, RAK Central is strategically positioned on Sheikh Mohammed bin Salem Al Qasimi Street, offering picturesque views of the Al Hamra Golf Club and the Arabian Gulf. The anticipated opening is slated for 2026.
This ambitious project is designed to house Grade A offices, becoming a hub for leading businesses and entities in the region. The multi-phase project is set to kick off construction this year, with the first phase, including one million square feet of commercial office space for rent and residential plots for developers, expected to be completed by the fourth quarter of 2026.

This development follows the emirate’s trend of hosting a rapidly growing property market, marked by prominent projects like Wynn resorts, investments from Aldar, and the success of Rakez (Ras Al Khaimah Free Zone).
