PTI leader Sardar Tanveer Ilyas is being criticized after his alleged viral video started circulating on social media showing a vulgar WhatsApp chat, where the politician is seen sending sexually explicit video to someone, who was congratulating him for his victory in the AJK election.
Sardar Tanveer Illyas is running for Prime Minister of Azad Jammu and Kashmir (AJK) alongside Barrister Sultan Mahmood Chaudhry. However, the new politician has landed himself in hot waters after an alleged viral video shows Sardar Tanveer Illyas sharing a sexually explicit video in a chat on WhatsApp to person named Khawaja Faheem.
According to the details, the registration of First Information Report (FIR) has been ordered against Sardar Tanveer Illyas after a petition was filed under Section 22-A, 22-B of the Pakistan Penal Code. The orders were issued by Additional Sessions Judge Muhammad Ata Rabbani while hearing the petition.
Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) has also confirmed that forensic analysis was conducted on the petitioner’s mobile and it transpired that he had in fact received the viral video from Sardar Tanveer Ilyas.
Furthermore, the man who allegedly received the sexually explicit video has also spoken up about the incident. “I texted Sardar Tanveer Illyas to congratulate him on the ceremony day but end up receiving strange messages after which I try to avoid the conversation by saying goodnight. However, I end up receiving a sexually explicit video from him.”
