Shahid Afridi meets PM Khan in Islamabad

ISLAMABAD: Former Cricketer Shahid Khan Afridi called on Prime Minister Imran Khan in PM Office in Islamabad on Monday.

Special assistant to PM Imran Khan, Naeem-ul-Haq and Senator Faisal Javed were also present.

Shahid Afridi tweets after meeting with PM Khan saying “Had a wonderful meeting with @ImranKhanPTI & I extended my full support for the PM Shelter Homes project for the deserving people. Also requested for a Cricket Academy for the youth of FATA #HopeNotOut.

Shahid Afridi might join politics, however, Boom Boom Afridi did not make any clear statement in this regards.

Afridi appreciated Prime Minister’s vision and extended full support for PM shelter homes project for the deserving people.

In the past, Shahid Afridi also met Pakistan Peoples Party’s chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari in Bilawal House Karachi to request for a Cricket Academy in Karachi but PPP did not show any interest.
