Hyderabad Schools and Colleges Closed Tomorrow

HYDERABAD: The Deputy Commisioner office has issue a notification that all schools and colleges, Public and Private Educational Insitutions shall remain closed on 30th August, 2024.

Due to heavy monsoon rains which has continued for more than 3 days (72) hours and over 99mm of rain so far recorded, DC Office issued the notification.

Notification read “In view of the ensuing heavy monsoon rains in Distirct Hyderabad and the alerts issued by Pakistan Meteorlogical Department (PMD) and the Provincial Disaster Management Authority (PDMA) sindh dated 25, August, 2024 and in continuation of this office’s order dated 28 August, 2024, A holiday shall be observed on 30th August, 2024 for all Public and Private Educational Insititutions only with the territorial jurisdiction of District Hyderabad. “

It is pertinent to mention, that Today on 29 August, 2024, Educational Insitutes were already closed and now the tomorrow holiday extended keeping the weather situation.
