Islamabad: Traffic blocked at Faizabad Interchange as Tehreek e Labaik Ya Rasool Protesters are protesting on the main Islamabad Expressway at Faizabad Interchange.

The citizens of Twin cities has not forgotten the horrifying experience of Faizabaad Protest earlier this year and yet government has not learn from the history at all. Currently massive Traffic Jam reported from Islamabad Expressway (Both sides) including Murree Road, Rawalpindi.

Earlier today Traffic plan notification circulated on the web regarding (TLYR) to hold public gathering at Liquat Bagh, Muree Road Rawalpindi.

RAWALPINDI: Today (1500 – 2300 hours) Tehreek Labaik Ya Rasool Allah (TLYR) will hold a public meeting at Liaquat Bagh, Murree Road, Rawalpindi. The TLYR worker/supporters will join the main venue in rallies under supervision of their leaders. Authorities will deploy a number of security and traffic personnel to secure the event and maintain smooth flow of traffic.

All staff to be aware of this event and to avoid the roads leading to the venue and immediate vicinities due to possible traffic jams/disruptions.
