Cricket: Pakistan beat Bangladesh in the first test

Pakistan beat Bangladesh today in the first test that started 4 days ago in Rawalpindi. Pakistan won by an innings and 44 runs taking the lead in the two test match series.

After resuming the day on 126-2, Bangladesh were bowled out for 168 in the second innings.

This is the second consecutive test victory for Pakistan at home after their win against Sri Lanka in Karachi.

Pakistani fast bowler Naseem Shah who is turning 17 in 5 days has become the youngest fast bowler ever to take a hat trick finishing 4-26 on Sunday.

Bangladesh had almost fought back with 124-2 by the end of the third day when Naseem Shah destroyed them with 3 wickets that also earned him the title for the youngest player to take a hat-trick in a test match ever.

The young fast bowler was also given the title for the Man of the Match for his 4 wickets where as Yasir Shah was named the Player of the Match.

The second test is scheduled to be played after two months at Karachi from April 5 – 9.

Right now people are gearing up for the Pakistan Super League – fifth edition (PSL 5 2020).
