Huawei has expanded its HarmonyOS 4 public beta program to include 12 additional smartphone models and five smartwatch models, such as the Huawei P30 and Mate 20 series. Users can now update their devices to HarmonyOS 4 through the Huawei Sports Health app or smartwatch settings.
During the Huawei Pocket 2 Fashion Ceremony on February 22, Yu Chengdong announced plans for a significant version update to the Hongmeng system in the upcoming fall, known as HarmonyOS NEXT. This update aims to enhance the user experience by refining the Hongmeng kernel and system applications, creating a more integrated ecosystem.
The eligible smartphone models for the HarmonyOS 4 public beta recruitment include the following smartphones:

Additionally, several Huawei smartwatches are receiving official HarmonyOS upgrades.
