Huawei is launching another affordable entry level smartphone. The Huawei Y5p price in Pakistan is Rs. 13,999 and the phone will only have one variant with 2GB RAM and 32GB storage option.

The Huawei Y5p is an entry level budget device and one should not expect it to outperform or compete with competition at a higher price point. The smartphone comes with an octa-core MediaTek processor which can handle your basic task including social media very easily.

On top of that, the phone is equipped with 2GB RAM and 32GB storage which will be the only option available and it is reasonable considering the price of the smartphone.

The Huawei Y5p is available for just Rs. 13,999 with 2GB RAM and 32GB of Storage making it a very reasonable and competitive entry level smartphone.

Now lets talk about the camera since it is one of the main features people look for in a smartphone. Again, at the price the point the Huawei Y5p only offers some basic camera functionality with an 8MP rear shooter and a 5MP front selfie shooter.

The smartphone does come with a 5.45 inches IPS display with 720p resolution and although Huawei is calling it a bezel-less full view display, we can clearly see huge bezels on all sides of the device. However, as an entry level device, this is to be expected.

Now coming towards the battery, the Huawei Y5p is equipped with a 3020mAh battery which is enough to get you through the day considering the phone has a low powered MediaTek SoC making it somewhat power efficient.

No Google Services or Play Store

It is important to mention that the Huawei Y5p does not come with Google Services which means no Play Store access either. However, Huawei has alternative maps including its own Maps, Email and an AppGallery that is filled with apps.

The phone will be available for pre-order starting 22 June 2020 in three color variants including Midnight Black, Phantom Blue and Mint Green.
