KARACHI: The K-Electric (KE) has introduced a mobile application to facilitate its customers, the smartphone app can be downloaded from Google Play Store and Apple store.
K-Electric has launched a mobile app that enables customers to lodge complaints, locate the nearest customer care centre and access their billing history.
The smartphone app is available for Android and IOS platforms, can be downloaded from Google Play store and Apple store.
The Customer needs to register on the app “have access to a number of features such as billing details with historic data, duplicate bill downloads, and integrated unit consumption comparative graphs” – KE Press Release.
“Other features include live power status updates, the ability to report power theft and to lodge complaints. Consumers will also be able to use the app to locate their nearest customer care centre,” it added.
“We have always believed in providing state-of-the-art solutions to our customers,” a KE spokesperson was quoted as saying. “We already offer a wide range of avenues to address consumer requests ranging from 30 customer care centres spread across its network, as well as one of the largest call centers state of the art consumer experience platform.”
