A group of Pakistani Hackers who identified themselves as “Pak Cyber Experts” (PCE) have allegedly hacked National Intelligence Bureau of India official website.

Pakistani Hackers (PCE) left a message for Indians #FreeKashmir – Pakistan Cyber Experts are backed by Hacker known as Muhammad Bilal, well known for hacking Indian Government, Educational and Commercial sites in recent years.
