The fast charging was already expected because many rumors say that the POCO X2 is going to be a rebrand of the Redmi K30 4G which already has the fast charging feature.

Other features so far confirmed by the company include USB Type-C, a 3.5mm audio jack and a side mounted fingerprint reader.

The company also confirmed the phone having a 120Hz display in a tweet it made two days ago.

Pocophone will probably be confirming more specs until the phone’s release on February 4, 2020.

If the rumors about the POCO X2 being a rebrand of the Redmi K30 4G turn out to be true. the phone is expected to have a 6.67 inch display with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 730G SoC.

The POCO X2 is also expected to have a quad camera setup with 64+8+2+2 megapixel cameras on the back and a 20+2 megapixel dual camera setup on the front.

Although, there is no confirmation yet whether the phone is actually going to be a rebrand of the Redmi K30 4G.

Pocophone recently separated itself from its parent company Xioami becoming an independent brand of its own as the CEO Manu Kumar Jain said that it seemed like the right time that the company went its own way.
