WhatsApp down: Worldwide outage being reported

Messaging platform app WhatsApp is down for millions of users globally, as users are unable to connect to the encrypted messaging platform. However, No official word from Whatsapp Twitter, or Facebook page yet about the outage.

WhatsApp Group Admins Will Soon Be Able to Delete Messages For Everyone

According to Downdetector which monitors websites and online services is reporting that WhatsApp is down in the just United States and Europe however, users in Asia specifically Pakistan and India are also reporting issues connecting to the messaging service.

Downdetector said more than 11,000 users across India had reported an outage, while the numbers for United Kingdom were at 68,000 and 19,000 for Singapore as of about 0750 GMT.

Twitter is trending with the hashtag #WhatsApp, with users all over reporting the same issues.
