Indian Prime Minister Modi Greeted Imran Khan over landslide victory

BANI GALA: Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi telephoned Pakistan’s next Prime Minister Imran Khan over his party Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) landslide victory in July 25 general elections on Monday.

PTI spokesman Fawad Chaudhry said “Prime Minister Modi greeted Imran Khan PTI chief over his party’s victory and expressed hope that his tenure will usher both the countries into an era of peace and prosperity.”

“Both Imran Khan and  Indian Prime Minister Modi agreed upon resolving all outstanding issues between the two countries through dialogue,” Fawad added.

Pakistan Tehreek e Insaf (PTI) claims that it has the required number of strength to form government both in Punjab and center.

Imran Khan is likely to take oath as country’s prime minister on August 11.
