A gang behind the rape of minor boys and girls at gunpoint in Jhelum has been arrested according to a report published by ARY News.
According to details, the gang consisted of three people who were involved in raping underage children while filming the incidents and later using the recordings for blackmail.

A complaint was lodged with with police against the suspects by the father of one of the rape victims in Jhelum at which point investigation was initiated and the accused were taken into custody.
All three men belong to Dewan Huzori according to police and further investigation into the matter is underway however it is said that the suspects have been involved in many such cases.
There has been a rapid spike in the number of violence and rape cases against women and children (including underage boys) and everyday several such incidents are reported.
Another tragic incident that was reportedly recently involved a 14-year-old who died during an abortion after being raped by her uncle for a long time.
The girl was reportedly six months pregnant which caused complications during the abortion leading to her death.
