Pak Suzuki Motors have issued a circular according to which Suzuki Alto, Wagon R and Swift is getting a price hike in Pakistan.
However, it is pertinent to mention that the USD to PKR rate has come down to the lowest in months but despite that Pak Suzuki has increased prices for some of its vehicles.
Suzuki Alto VXR and Alto AGS have seen a price jump of Rs. 35,000 while the Alto VX variant remains unaffected. It should be noted that the Alto VX has already seen a price increment in July this year.
In the same way, Wagon R VXL has seen a price hike of Rs. 35,000 while the Wagon R VXR variant has seen the highest price increase of Rs. 42,000 for absolutely no reason.
Similarly, Suzuki Swift price has been increased by Rs. 35,000 for both the automatic and manual transmission variants. It needs to be pointed out that the vehicle is its last stages of production as the company plans to discontinue production in August 2021.

Suzuki Alto VX price in Pakistan is Rs. 1,198,000 and remains unchanged. It should also be mentioned that this price revision will not affect customers who have booked cars with full payment.
Pak Suzuki has also increased prices for its motorcycles last month by up to Rs. 20,000.
