QAU Islamabad to Hold Classes Online Due to Fee Hike Protests

Quaid-i-Azam University (QAU) Islamabad has announced that it will hold classes online from 26 September 2021 until further notice because of some ‘miscreants’ protesting against the recent fee hike that was implemented by the university’s management.

In the notification, the management of the Quaid-e-Azam (QAU) University Islamabad states that the campus will remain closed due to ‘miscreants’ protesting against the recent fee hike announced by the university management.

The notification added that fee submission deadline has been extended till October 5th, 2021 and all students need to submit their fee in any branch of HBL or Askari Bank across the country. However, the failure to pay fee on time will result in students not being able to register for the Fall Semester 2021.
