KARACHI: The Government of Sindh, School Education & Literacy Department has issued the notification of winter vacations for all public and private schools across the province from 20 December 2021 to 2 January 2022.
According to the notification issued, All public and private educational institutions (Schools & Colleges) will remain closed and shall re-open from Monday, 3rd January 2021.

It is pertinent to mention that the National Command and Operation Centre (NCOC) had also decided to announce winter vacations in the country from 3 January 2022. This date was finalized during a meeting of the forum, which was chaired by NCOC head Asad Umar and attended by the Federal Minister for Education and Professional Training Shafqat Mehmood.
However, the Sindh Government has announced its own dates for winter vacations in Punjab starting from 20 December 2021 to 3 January 2022.
