The new message reactions feature is expected to be released globally in an upcoming update of WhatsApp, on both Android and iOS smartphones. However, there is no exact date set by the the company in regard to this feature. The feature may first be introduced to all beta users before going public.

WhatsApp is also reportedly working on increasing the time limit for the ‘Delete for Everyone’ feature, allowing users to delete a sent message for up to two days from the current limit of one hour, eight minutes, and 16 seconds. The extension in the feature was spotted in Android beta version 2.22.410.
