Sindh Announces Summer Vacation in Schools From June 1

The Sindh Education Department has announced summer vacation in all public and private schools and colleges in the province. According to the notification, the summer vacation for Sindh schools will start from 1 June 2022 (Wednesday) and end on 31 July 2022 (Sunday).

It is pertinent to mention that the decision was initially taken in the Steering Committee Meeting on Education held on 22 February 2022.

“In pursuance of decisions taken in the steering committee meeting on education held on February 22, 2022, all public and private institutions under the administrative control of School Education and Literacy Department Government of Sindh shall remain closed from 01-06-2022 to 07-07-2022 as summer vacation,” said the notification issued by the Sindh Education Department.
