Dr Aamir Liaquat Hussain passes away

KARACHI: Renowned Islamic scholar, politician, and Tv host Dr. Aamir Liaquat Hussain was found dead in his apartment on Thursday in Karachi.

According to the sources, Aamir Liaquat was alone and unresponsive at his residence and he was rushed to the Agha Khan University Hospital where he was pronounced dead later his dead body was shifted to Jinnah Postgraduate Medical Centre for post-mortem. It is unclear the cause of his death yet.

Aamir Liaquat Hussain was born on July 5, 1972, he was 49 years and had won the General Elections 2018 from National Assembly Constituency NA-245 Karachi East-IV.

Mr Hussain has been a part of many controversies, especially after his third divorce from a teenager from south Punjab, he was trolled on social media for marrying a girl of his daughter’s age.

Aamir Liaquat Hussain was the first Tv personality to host a popular Islamic show on GEO NEWS ‘Aalim Online.

Recently, He parted his ways with Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) and had given statements against PTI Chairman, Imran Khan on Social Media and apart from this was mainly busy on the Tiktok platform.
