The District Administration of Larkana has announced a holiday for all public and private schools and colleges, which will remain closed to the severe torrential rains.
According to the notification, all public and private schools and colleges in Larkana will remain closed from 22 August (Monday) to 27 August (Saturday).
Furthermore, all educational institutions in the district will reopen on 29 August (Monday).
The holiday has been announced after the Sindh Government declared 23 districts in the province calamity-hit due to the severe torrential rain and heavy floods.
